Marvenq is founded by Marta Hovanesian, a Dutch-qualified privacy and data protection attorney who helps organisations work with AI, data and cybersecurity in a way that is practical, scalable and defensible.

From top-tier legal practice to practical training that teams actually follow
Before founding Marvenq, Marta spent six years at a top American law firm, advising global organisations on data protection compliance especially in technology-driven environments.
That experience shaped her approach: clear, pragmatic and results-oriented. Instead of producing “documents that live in a drawer,” she translates legal and regulatory complexity into workable policies, decision frameworks and trainingthat fits daily operations.
Marta has advised a wide range of technology-driven organisations, including companies in health tech and fintech, and has deep experience with international data transfers and binding corporate rules (BCRs).
